Jesus preached repentance and forgiveness
before he went up into heaven.

But some of us get stuck at the beginning
before we even make it to the end

And when we do this, we lose the Good News, folks.

Some of us linger only at the “sins” we
choose to care about in others
while completely forgetting
our own needs to repent.

And when we do hang too tightly to the
repentance, some of us completely forget that
forgiveness is grace.
